1) Do you ship internationally?

A classroom pack includes multiple Spikeling v3 units packaged for teaching, plus deployment guidance and recommendations for running the first sessions efficiently.

4) Can students start without hardware?
Yes. The GUI includes an Emulator mode so students can learn workflows and run simulations without hardware.

5) Do you offer training or workshop support?
Yes. We can provide remote or on-site onboarding, TA training, live demonstrations, and follow-up support. We can also adapt materials to your lecture topics.

6) What does “open-source” mean for our use?
Spikeling’s software/firmware is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later and the hardware design files under CERN-OHL-S-2.0. This ensures transparency and reproducibility, and allows reuse and modification under the terms of these licenses.
